Cool season, moderately drought tolerant, long-lived vigorous sod-former. Adapted to deep soils. Very productive; starts growth in early spring, ripens by early summer and produces abundant late-summer and fall regrowth. Highly palatable to livestock when green, fair palatability to wildlife.
